Nervous System Reset is a guided program designed to help participants understand stress physiology and build practical tools for nervous system regulation. The course integrates foundational education with simple daily practices such as breathwork, rhythm-based routines, and self-tracking awareness. It is ideal for learners who feel overwhelmed, chronically stressed, or ready to build resilience in a structured way.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Explain basic stress physiology and autonomic nervous system patterns
Identify personal stress signals and early warning signs
Practice foundational self-regulation tools (breathwork and grounding strategies)
Create a simple morning/evening routine to support nervous system stability
Apply a weekly plan for recovery, capacity-building, and sustainable change

Stress physiology: fight/flight/freeze/fawn patterns in daily life
Nervous system “states” and recognizing your baseline
Breathwork basics and heart-rate awareness (beginner biofeedback)
Morning and evening rhythm practices for regulation
Sleep and recovery fundamentals (brief, foundational level)
Reducing overstimulation and “noise” to build self-trust
Capacity-building without burnout (integration and pacing)
Community support and co-regulation (healthy community vs approval-seeking)
