Jump Start to Healthy Eating is a structured four-week collective designed to build practical nutrition literacy and support sustainable habit change. This course emphasizes foundational principles, everyday implementation, and metabolic awareness rather than restrictive dieting. It is appropriate for beginners and returning learners who want a clear, supportive framework for improving daily nutrition.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
